Asset Manager, Central London, Up to £70,000 pa (DOE)
An International Asset Management House is looking to recruit a Asset Manager to join the growing team overseeing an investment portfolio. The portfolio spans across retail, office and industrial sectors throughout EU.
The successful candidate will be allocated a portfolio and will be responsible for: –
- Developing & delivering asset enhancement schemes
- Overseeing lease events
- Managing all stakeholders
To be considered the Asset Manager will: –
- Be MRICS Qualified
- Have delivered on property transactions
- Have a good understanding of Landlord & Tenant Legislation
This is an excellent ‘hands on’ asset management opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic to take ownership of an investment portfolio.
