Leading Yorkshire development and investment company Glentrool Estates Group is delighted Astra Park, its flourishing industrial park in Leeds, is now fully let.
Glentrool bought Astra Park in Parkside Lane, Hunslet, from the John Laing Pension Fund for £2.94 million 15 months ago.
The 4 acre, 71, 924 sqft park comprises 14 units, which are all occupied. Tenants include Rhodar Ltd, Thermo Logistics, The Leeds Sofa Company and Avanta UK Ltd with units ranging from 2,579 sqft to 10,461 sqft.
The latest occupier is Linx Hoardings, who have signed a five-year lease on a 4,141 sqft unit. Linx are expanding, relocating from Garnet Road in Leeds.
