A private fund, advised jointly by Savills and NG Chartered Surveyors, has let Cardinal House in Abbeyfield Court, Nottingham to London Care Limited.
The live-in and extra care services provider has agreed to a new five-year lease and will occupy the 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m) building in its entirety.
