Ashville Asset Management have agreed deals with three new occupiers relocating to the Vintry Building in Bristol city centre.

AHR has taken the whole 4th floor of the building on a five-year lease relocating from Clifton. Located on Wine Street, the 1950’s Art Deco office building comprises circa. 30,000 sq ft. The building was purchased in 2015 and is asset managed by Ashville who designed, and project managed its transformation in 2016 to include a new reception area and common parts, new cycle stores and showers as well as new high specification offices. It subsequently attracted new occupiers, Rethink Recruitment and Geoquip Marine.

Following their recent acquisition of the 4th floor, Gary Overton, director at AHR, said: “Vintry Building provides us with an excellent location in the heart of Bristol city centre, benefiting from a brilliant view over Castle Park. Located near Castle Park, St Nicholas Market and Wine Street, it offers ease of commute and a dynamic working environment for our staff amongst central Bristol’s wide range of amenities. It’s an exciting move for the whole team and highlights our commitment to providing a superb workspace environment for our people.”

Graham Randall, Partner at Quantuma LLP commented: “During our search for larger office space to accommodate our growing team, we reviewed a number of sites. The Vintry Building really stood out for us – the central location, quality of refurbishment and dynamic working environment provides us with the ideal platform to continue achieving our ambitious growth plans for Bristol and the South West.”

The lettings were agreed by Cushman & Wakefield and joint agents JLL on behalf of Ashville Asset Management.

Seonaid Butler from Cushman & Wakefield’s National Office Agency team in Bristol said: “Vintry Building has been a popular option for a range of occupiers due to its location and the great amenity offering on its doorstep. Ashville made the decision to split a floor to accommodate smaller requirements which has created a diverse mix of tenants. Ashville have two newly refurbished suites remaining including a suite of 2,134 sq ft on the 3rd floor and 3,750 sq ft available on the ground floor.”
