Two new buildings completed and sold to local occupiers at Crosslink 646, Loughborough

Owners and developers of Crosslink 646 at Loughborough, Rotherhill Developments have confirmed via their agents Tim Gilbertson of FHP and Mike Allwood of Andrew & Ashwell completion of two buildings on site of 66,000ft² and 29,000ft² and simultaneous completion of the sales to expanding local occupiers.
