Commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors have landed another important office deal in Nottingham city centre.
Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Sunny Landa, director at NG has concluded a deal to sell the 1,407 sq ft Unit F, King Edward Court on King Street in the heart of the city centre to a student accommodation provider.
NG sold the premises for a premium price which is undisclosed.
The property is situated within King Edward Court; a courtyard office development on the south-eastern edge of Nottingham city centre. The property is only a few minutes walk from city centre shopping and the countless leisure opportunities the city has to offer.
