Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the letting of a ground floor office suite at London Road Office Park to Focus Asset Finance Limited.
Quoting rent for the 1,949 sq ft (181.06 sq m) suite was £26,500 per annum and the tenant has agreed a lease until 2023
