CBRE promotes a dozen in Birmingham

Commercial property services firm CBRE has promoted 12 people at its office in Birmingham.

James Orr, who heads the office’s asset services team, has been promoted to director, along with Dan Grigg (rating) and Gareth Bennett (Portfolio Services).

Rachel Leung (building consultancy), Helen Robertson-Dunn (Portfolio Services) and Neil Hodson (Portfolio Services) have all made the step up to associate director, while Grace Allen (planning), Prav Sancee (asset services) and Sam Matterson (Portfolio Services) have been promoted to senior surveyor.

Completing the raft of promotions is Kim Lewis from rating and Ajay Dubb from Portfolio Services, who move up to surveyor, and Shaheen Patel (Portfolio Services), who becomes an assistant surveyor.
