Specialist commercial real estate insurance broker Property Insurance Initiatives (Pii) has announced the appointment of Christopher Kelly as Senior Account Executive.
Kelly will join the team to work closely with property owner clients across construction, engineering, terrorism and D&O policies, among others, maintaining relationships and ensuring that challenges are met with innovative solutions.
Kelly has over twenty years of experience in the real estate insurance sector. He has worked across businesses such as Marsh Ltd., Willis Ltd. and A J Gallagher. He joins the firm from Estate Insurance Group, where his previous role was Account Executive.
Pii boasts a team of experts able to advise on all aspects of property risk, including property owner policies, terrorism policies, construction insurance, engineering insurance, along with warranty and indemnity insurance and legal indemnity policies, among many others. The company has key interest in the relatively new area of specialist environmental insurance, and assists businesses wishing to guard themselves against environmental risk.
