GVA celebrates promotions and expansion in Cardiff

Mark Ebo has been promoted to director within the Retail Hotels and Leisure team at GVA in Cardiff.

GVA has made two promotions in its Cardiff office as part of a wider raft of appointments across the company, whilst further recruitment increases its market presence in Wales.

Mark Ebo has been promoted to director within the Retail Hotels and Leisure team. A registered RICS Receiver, Mark has extensive experience in valuation across South Wales and the South West, providing advice to banks, financial institutions and accountants, with particular emphasis on hotels and holiday parks.

Carys Chandler has been promoted to senior surveyor. Carys joined the Valuation services team four years ago and specialises in strategic property consultancy, loan security valuations and development viability work for Welsh Government and a number of local authorities, national and regional house builders.

Meanwhile Daniel Davies, a surveyor within GVA’s Commercial Agency team, has successfully completed his professional APC qualification. Daniel joined GVA three years ago as part of the company’s highly regarded graduate scheme. The Agency team also welcomes Jodie Al-Khafaji as a graduate surveyor, who will work alongside Dan and colleagues in their multi-discipline work Wales-wide.

Peter Constantine, regional senior director for GVA in Cardiff, says, “We’re delighted for Mark, Carys and Dan as they achieve the next step in their careers with GVA and pleased also to welcome Jodie to our continually growing office. We pride ourselves in being a people-driven business, and it’s incredibly important that we invest in our people and maintain an environment that allows people to develop, progress and, ultimately, move up through the business.”
