Leading property consultancy JLL in Scotland has won Office Agency Team of the Year for the third year running, and Hotel Agency Team of the Year at the 2018 Scottish Property Awards, held in Glasgow (3 May).
JLL’s Scotland team, with offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, beat off strong competition to land top honours in both the Office Agency Team and Hotel, Retail & Leisure Agency Team of the year categories, after being shortlisted in all four team of the year categories.
The 5th annual Scottish Property Awards, which celebrates excellence in commercial property, was attended by over 700 guests at the Hilton in Glasgow.
4North – the record breaking office pre-let to Computershare in Edinburgh, won deal of the year. JLL were part of the deal team which also included Knight Property Group, CBRE, Computershare and Pepper Group
