Otley Brewing Company Ltd has acquired 3,869 sq ft of warehouse/production space at Unit 39, Albion Industrial Estate from Lear Investments.
The terms of the deal are a 3 year lease at a rental of £15,000 per annum.
Knight Frank and Steep Holm acted for the landlord, Lear Investments; Otley Brewing Company Ltd was unrepresented.
