Knight Frank appoints Equiem to launch their digital tenant engagement platform

88 Wood Street will become the first Knight Frank managed building in London to feature Equiem’s leading tenant engagement platform. The platform, designed to deliver world class services and an enhanced customer experience to occupants, also represents Equiem’s continued growth in the UK.

The partnership between global real estate consultancy, Knight Frank and Equiem, marks the CRE industry’s ongoing commitment toward improving tenant engagement and optimising building occupant communication. By creating communities that are actively connected to their workplaces, tenants are encouraged to renew their leases and become long term advocates of the property.

Equiem has been tasked with rolling out a customised platform for Knight Frank that is set to include building amenities information, ongoing wellness content, and a digital retail store offering “click-and-collect” ordering, all aimed to improve communication with the building occupants. Phase two of the roll-out will also feature Equiem Spaces; a package which allows tenants to unlock more value in their underused or vacant space, such as spare offices or meeting rooms.

In addition to the features and benefits being provided to Knight Frank’s tenants, Equiem will also be able to provide invaluable demographic and preference information aimed at improving decision making within the asset. By leveraging the unique access their platform provides to the individual building occupants, Equiem helps property managers to accurately predict trends and identify potential opportunities.

Following the successful launch of 88 Wood Street, Equiem will be poised to roll the platform across a portfolio of Knight Frank properties, further expanding its national exposure.

Laura Aklandiene, Head of Global Expansion – UK at Equiem said: “Occupiers have new expectations and we are helping Knight Frank exceed them. By working together we can reach more people and deliver the most complete engagement experience for everyone.”

Tim Robinson, Proprietary Partner, Head of Property Asset Management at Knight Frank, said: “Whether you’re a visitor or an occupier, with Equiem, we’re able to leave a lasting impression on each individual through an exceptional customer experience.”
