Enterprise Court gives pre-cast concrete company foundations for future growth

A company specialising in pre-cast concrete installations is the latest Peterborough-based business to make its move to Eagle Business Park, Yaxley, confirms property agent Barker Storey Matthews who acted on behalf of the landlord in the instruction.

Tapscott Installations Ltd, whose customers are UK-wide, has taken a six year lease on Unit 14, a 153.8 sq m (1,655 sq ft) of commercial premises on Enterprise Court within Eagle Business Park.

Enterprise Court was completed in 2012 and was the second built area of the original of the Eagle Business Park development which, fronting on to Broadway, on the outskirts of Yaxley village, has become an established business location during the past eight years.

The move to Unit 14 sees Tapscott Installations Ltd relocate from a works unit in Woodston and an office in Hampton to bring all of its operations under one roof, in the one location from where it has a current headcount of 30 employees.

According to Greame Tapscott, who established the company in 2010, the new premises at Enterprise Court mark the next phase of the business with a larger, more modern unit from where it plans to grow.

He added, “Given the nature of our business and the geographical spread of our customers, to be so close to the A1(M) interchange at the Norman Cross junction as well as Peterborough’s Parkway system is ideal.

“The occupier profile of businesses at Eagle Business Park is a good fit for us and we feel that our new base at Enterprise Court complements the mix of other businesses trading there.”
