Hot spot for property company

Leading insurance and data company, CLS Group, has moved into larger offices in Kings Hill in order to work more efficiently and allow room for further growth.

The company, which advises on UK and European commercial and residential property markets, has operated on the business park for ten years but had outgrown its previous space and needed a new modern office where all the staff could be under one roof.

“We’re really pleased with our new office as it means we can work together more effectively and have room to grow,” said chief operating officer Rob Pimenta. “It’s also the perfect place for us to host client events in-house.

“Most of our staff are local to the area so remaining at Kings Hill was a key consideration in the choice of location for our new headquarters. The fact that there is a great mix of shops and eateries within walking distance as well a gym and other leisure amenities is a great bonus. We also like the fact that the whole park is very green and beautifully landscaped.”

CLS currently employs 45 people in Kent and is recruiting for a number of new roles within the team.

Caroline Binns, associate director of marketing and leasing for Kings Hill developer Liberty Property Trust said: “This is a prime example of a company being able to grow at Kings Hill by taking advantage of the range of accommodation we offer on the business park. We are delighted CLS is doing so well and providing more jobs in the area.”

As well as property related businesses, Kings Hill has a varied and diverse tenant mix from many sectors including financial services, oil, food, automotive and telecommunications.
