USS secures hat-trick of deals at Aquis House, Reading

Universities Superannuation Scheme Ltd (USS) has let a combined 12,598 sq ft of Grade A office space at Aquis House in Reading to three new occupiers.

AON Benfield, the world’s leading reinsurance intermediary and full-service capital advisor, has signed for 4,797 sq ft at the building. The move complements the company’s existing comprehensive network of offices in the UK and internationally.

Intercarabao Ltd, who operate under the brand name Carabao, is a Thai energy drinks manufacturer best known in the UK for their sponsorship of the English Football League Cup and local football club Reading FC. The company has signed for 4,440 sq ft of space in Reading, shifting its UK base after previously occupying offices in Mayfair, London.
