Shrivenham Hundred Business Park are pleased to announce that they were nominated as a finalist for a prestigious Thames Valley Property Award 2017, which were held on 11th May.

The Park was one of three finalists in the business park category and eventually came runners -up which is a great achievement given the stiff competition which included some of the largest and well known business parks in the Thames Valley corridor, developed by some of the country’s largest and specialist business park developers and Institutions.

Although only 9 miles from Swindon, the park qualified as it is actually located in Oxfordshire which is in the geographical Thames Valley for the purpose of these particular awards.

The Business Park of the Year was one of 15 awards handed out at the ceremony which was attended by all of the major players in the Slough, Reading and Thames Valley commercial and residential property markets.

Thames Valley has been synonymous with the creation and management of business parks as a location of choice for businesses across the region.  The award celebrates the ability of the developer, owner, or management team to market the business park, maintain high occupancy levels, and consistently receive positive feedback from tenants.

Shrivenham has evolved over the last 30 years and has remained in the ownership of a Joint Venture between Checkmore Limited, and Denton & Gibson Limited, who have now developed over 100 units and have managed the park and mature landscaping from the outset.  Graham Denton of Denton & Gibson comments “We are extremely proud of what we have achieved at Shrivenham Hundred and although on this occasion have been recognised as a Thames Valley business park, we see ourselves as very much part of the Swindon office market”.

Jeremy Sutton of Keningtons,  who are joint letting agents on the Park with Alder King, adds “Although occupancy rates are good, we do currently have two office units available offering 2,500 to 5,000 sq.ft. as well as outline planning permissions for further units from 5,000 to 10,000 sq.ft. which are available on a bespoke basis.  Should you wish your company to be located on a successful park, details of the available accommodation can be obtained from, Keningtons or Alder King”.
