DCCI chief executive Ian Girling cuts the ribbon on TeamJobs’ new Bournemouth offices watched by TeamJobs MD Jason Gault, staff and guests.

Dorset Chamber head Ian Girling cut the ribbon on TeamJobs’ new Bournemouth offices and paid tribute to the firm’s commitment to local business.

Ian, the chief executive of Dorset Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI), was one of around 100 guests to attend the official opening of the recruitment company’s new offices in Old Christchurch Road.

He added: “TeamJobs is a long standing member of the DCCI and one of the first companies I developed a partnership with when I joined the organisation.

“Since then I have watched TeamJobs prosper.

“It was named Company of the Year in 2015 and it is working hard to support young people who are entering the world of work in its role as a founder sponsor of our Young Chamber programme.

“It’s an honour to officially open its impressive new offices in the heart of Bournemouth.”

TeamJobs has moved its hospitality, commercial, IT and executive divisions to Bournemouth from its base in Poole, to better meet the demands of its clients, including BHLive, Hilton Bournemouth and AFC Bournemouth.

In recent months the three storey premises has been completely refurbished to provide large offices, a registration area, meeting rooms and social areas.

TeamJobs managing director Jason Gault said: “The new offices are in a prime location, close to our clients and easily accessible for our candidates – and the feedback from everyone has been great.

“The whole team has been involved in making this ambitious project a reality and I am very grateful to them.

“Bournemouth’s hospitality, IT and digital sectors are booming and TeamJobs is proud to be contributing to that success.”

TeamJobs’ other divisions, engineering, and industrial and technical are based at their offices in 30 Parkstone Road, Poole.

Its professional staff handle all types of positions, from short term unskilled roles to highly skilled permanent roles.
