Leading property adviser GVA has appointed well-known hotel and licensed leisure agency specialist John Coggins to its team in Cardiff.
With ten years’ experience within the leisure property market, John is a widely-respected adviser within the industry in Wales. He is joining the property adviser’s Hotel and Leisure team as Associate.
John is a law graduate from Cardiff University and an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. During his time working within the property industry, John has brokered a number of high profile deals in South Wales including the sale of the Newport Hilton to Celtic Manor, Mael Manor Hotel, and The Philharmonic pub in Cardiff city centre.
