Tim Gilbertson of FHP has confirmed one of the largest recent sales of a single industrial/warehouse unit in the region having just completed the disposal of over 70,000ft² at Bichwood Way, Somercotes, Alfreton.
Acting on behalf of private clients this modern warehouse/industrial unit has been sold to a growing local company who are expanding into the building from their current base nearby.
Tim Gilbertson commented:

This building of just over 70,000ft² has been sold in a multi-million pound deal with the sale being concluded quickly to an expanding local company.
My client built this property for his own business some years ago and subsequently rented it out but with the market being strong for freehold sales the decision was made to dispose of the building. As a result we quickly encouraged interest from the eventual buyers, who have been a pleasure to deal with throughout and concluded the sale.
Both my client and the purchasers have been terrific to deal with during the negotiations and I wish both parties well for the future.”
