Boutique Nottingham law firm bolsters team with new recruits

A boutique law firm based in the heart of Nottingham’s professional quarter has bolstered its team with three new hires alongside two promotions, including one at partner level.

Austin Moore and Partners LLP, which specialises in corporate and property transactions, has celebrated a number of key changes across the business.

Commercial and intellectual property contracts solicitor Louise Taylor joins the firm at partner level while Natalie Thomson, who specialises in employment law, joins the firm as an associate. Solicitor Katie Taylor has also joined the corporate team from Eversheds. Property specialist Rachael Briggs has been promoted to partner, while corporate lawyer Laura Goody will become an associate after three years at the firm.

Louise said: “Austin Moore and Partners is a boutique law firm with a real emphasis on quality where I will be able to focus exclusively on my core areas of specialism in order to deliver an excellent service to clients; I am really pleased to have joined the firm.”

Newly promoted partner Rachael joined Austin Moore and Partners as an associate in 2014 and has impressed in her time at the firm, rising through the ranks to management level. Rachael has twelve years’ legal experience and her promotion is part of the firm’s plans to develop its specialist skills and deliver an exceptional service to its clients.

She said: “I am really pleased to have taken this next step in my career and am very excited to be part of the future here at Austin Moore and Partners. As a practice, we strive to deliver an individual and bespoke service to our clients and are focused on bringing together a skill set among the team to be able to do that.
