Two new industrial businesses move into Yate

Two new tenants have moved into the Stover Industrial Estate in Yate, north Bristol.

Independent Bristol company RHC Lifting has leased the 10,924 sq ft Unit T on a 10 year lease.  RHC manufactures, supplies and services overhead gantry crane and lifting equipment for hundreds of businesses across Bristol and the UK.

Independent tool hire and equipment rental company Artisan Hire Centres has leased the 5,209 sq ft Unit E which adds to the Estate’s trade offering.

Commercial property advisers Knight Frank and BNP Paribas represented landlord LaSalle Investment Management in both transactions.

Josh Gunn of the Knight Frank industrial agency team in Bristol said: “Stover Trading Estate is a thriving estate on the western outskirts of Yate and provides around 280,000 sq ft of industrial and warehousing accommodation.

“The estate is home to Jewson, Kingfisher Labels and Tuffnells Parcels, as well as trade occupiers such as Screwfix and Howden Joinery.”
