Hammerson, advised by Morgan Williams and Eric Young & Co, has signed up Dunelm Mill for its Central Retail Park in Falkirk.
The UK’s largest home ware and furnishings chain has taken units one and two, a combined 20, 000 sq ft, at a rent of £14.50 per sq ft on a ten year lease.
Central Retail Park is anchored by a Tesco superstore, other tenants include Boots, Next and Argos. Morgan Williams and Eric Young & Co were the joint agents for Hammerson. Wright Buchanan represented Dunelm Mill.
