LSHJ Birmingham promotions (l-r): Louise Lokucewicz, Gemma Butler, Luke Phillips and Adam Ramshaw, head of Birmingham and East Midlands.

National property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced its latest promotions in the Birmingham team.

Three members of staff have been promoted to senior surveyor. They are Gemma Butler, in the industrial and logistics team, and Luke Phillips and Louise Lokucewicz, who are both in property management.

Adam Ramshaw, head of Birmingham and East Midlands, said: “It’s been a superb year for the LSH Birmingham office and it is fitting, as we come to the end of 2016, that we celebrate the achievements of our hard-working staff with these promotions.

“We pride ourselves on providing exceptional support to all our staff, from the very beginning of their careers right the way through to director level and beyond, and we are seeing the benefits of this through the continued progression of our talented team members.”

Gemma Butler, who was highly commended in the commercial property category of the 2014 RICS Young Surveyor of the Year, joined LSH in 2013 from Cushman & Wakefield. The Birmingham City University graduate, who attained a BSc (Hons) Real Estate degree, works mainly on behalf of clients with disposals, acquisitions, asset management and the provision of strategic advice on commercial property. She is also chair of the West Midlands RICS Matrics Committee.

Louise Lokucewicz joined Lambert Smith Hampton in April 2015, having worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate and Jones Lang LaSalle. The Keele University LLB (Hons) law and business administration graduate is responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of assets for clients and management companies.

Luke Phillips, who attained a BSc (Hons) in Housing Development and Policy from University of the West of England, joined LSH in April 2015 from Hallmark Property Management Ltd. He oversees a portfolio of more than 1,000 units and also prepares annual service charge budgets, reviews annual accounts, and assists with the transfer of properties.

LSH in Birmingham recently announced two senior promotions, with Matthew Tilt being promoted to director of industrial and logistics, and Luke Sutton appointed associate director in valuation.
