Southampton’s White Building welcomes five new tenants

A flurry of new tenants at the White Building in Southampton with two more in the pipeline indicates that demand for high quality space in the city remains strong despite wider economic uncertainty following the Brexit vote.

The 50,000 sq ft building, also now linked to the smaller 13,500 sq ft Latimer House, provides one of the best designed office environments in Southampton and is welcoming four new businesses within the last two months – Yo Telecom, JCF Works, Regis Bentley and Novum Law. They join Wessex Petroleum who relocated to the building in August. Collectively, they have taken a total of 7,056 sq ft.

Further space is currently under offer and interest remains strong on the remaining floors.

The lettings come off the back of a successful summer for the White Building after it picked up two awards at the South Coast Property Awards in July – Development of the Year and Workplace Environment of the Year.
