Vail Williams’ exceptional client service rewarded at Thames Valley Property Awards

Commercial property consultant Vail Williams has been named best in region for exceptional client service in the Thames Valley Property Awards 2016.

The prestigious accolade was awarded to Vail Williams’ Thames Valley office in recognition of its ability to reach above and beyond in taking a client’s brief and ensuring it is correctly managed and serviced.

The win reflects how the company successfully combines its commitment to its clients with in-depth local market knowledge and property expertise to successfully fulfil their requirements to the highest order.

Vail Williams demonstrated delivery of such excellent client service in its relationship with Resource Experience Limited (REL), the field marketing company hailed by Great Places to Work® as a leading employer in the UK. REL turned to Vail Williams to match its continued growth with new premises: high quality, mixed use (office and warehouse) space of 25,000 sq ft within striking distance of its former base in Bracknell.

In front of 600 attendees at the Black Tie event, Partner David Thomas, Geoff Fallon and Finance Partner James Cushing received the award from former England Cricketer David Gower and sponsor Andy Jansons.

Commenting on the win, Matthew Samuel-Camps, managing partner at Vail Williams said: “Vail Williams prides itself on delivering outstanding property consultancy and advice to our clients, and it is fantastic to see our commitment and focus recognised as the very best throughout the Thames Valley with this award.”

Working closely with the client, the Vail Williams team drew hard on its long-standing experience and wide range of property consultancy services – including surveying, relocation strategy and implementation, fit-out project management, and rating consultation – to deliver a winning result for REL after an 18-month search.

The solution saw REL take up residence at Winnersh Triangle, the award winning 85-acre mixed use business park near Reading, which earlier in the evening had scooped Business Park of the year. In October 2015, the company moved into its new, dual premises of 13,000 sq ft of Grade A office space and 17,000 sq ft of industrial space in a nearby warehouse building.
