Bilfinger GVA has announced four promotions in its Cardiff office as it looks to bolster and strengthen its client-facing teams during a period of sustained growth.
Tom Merrifield, who is regional head of the commercial property adviser’s Agency team in Wales, is promoted to Director. Charles Kaminaris, who works within the firm’s Hotels and Leisure team, is also promoted to Director. Richard Lister, and Gary Goodwin, who are both members of Bilfinger GVA’s Building team in Cardiff, are promoted to Associate and Senior Surveyor respectively.
