Fast-growing sports supplements retailer Cardiff Sports Nutrition has leased a 7,500 sq ft warehouse at Capital Business Park in Wentloog, Cardiff, to enable it to handle further expansion.
The company was formed eight years ago and has a retail store in Whitchurch Road, Cardiff and an online shop selling across the UK.
Mike Robinson, finance manager, said: “These additional new premises will enable us to process online orders and hold extensive stocks in a single convenient location.”
Cardiff Sports Nutrition has leased the 7,567 sq ft Unit N1 on The Levels at Cardiff Business Park on a seven year lease. Landlord The Pears Group was advised in the transaction by joint agents Knight Frank and Alder King.
Neil Francis, associate at Knight Frank in Cardiff, said: “With another warehouse unit of a similar size also currently exchanged at The Levels, it is clear that the location and quality of these units are proving attractive in the current market.”
Nicole Kruger of Alder King added: “The new landlord’s investment programme is already paying dividends with new lettings on the estate and strong interest in the remaining space. Other units from 3,552 sq ft to 5,842 sq ft with yard space are also available to rent.”
Mike Robinson said: “We are currently fitting out the warehouse to suit our requirements and hope to move in by December.”
