East Midlands commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors have completed a double deal on a 4,778 sq ft industrial unit in Ilkeston.
NG sold the building at Unit B5 on Langham Park out of receivership to a private investor, and was then retained to let the unit out to a new tenant.
A new tenant, DFB Sound & Light Warehouse, a company set up in 2000 to supply DJ equipment was found quickly and at the asking rental price.

Unit B5 Langham Park is located in the village of Stanton by Dale, which is just south of Ilkeston and north of Sandiacre. Langham Park is located within an established industrial and distribution area and within 5 minutes of Junction 25 of the M1.
