When added to the 69 deals totalling 641,265 sq ft in the first half year, the year to date totals 732,044 sq ft in 96 deals.
The year to date office take-up of 732,044 sq ft demonstrates strong demand in the central Birmingham office market. This is already nearly 3% ahead of the total outturn for 2014 and over 10% above the 2013 total, with a quarter still to come.
