Humberts have recently agreed the sale of 55 High Street in Honiton town centre which provided a Grade II Listed 4-storey Georgian town house within a prime location.
The retail accommodation was on all floors with a residential element to the rear. The property benefited from parking for approximately 4/6 vehicles on the asphalt front courtyard. The property also included rear gardens.
Stephen Richards who heads up the Commercial Department for Humberts comments “the property has been used as an antique centre for many years and is now going to be converted primarily into office accommodation. We received competitive bidding for the property due to its location and size; purchasers were attracted to its location within the market town of Honiton”.
