Specialist property adviser Christie + Co is pleased to announce the opening of a Stockholm office and the appointment of Marcus Josefsson. Marcus will report to Andreas Scriven, International Managing Director and will work closely with Kimmo Virtanen, Director of Scandinavia, Russia and the Baltic States at Christie + Co.
Before joining Christie + Co, Marcus gained industry experience while working for the Nobis Group, one of Scandinavia’s leading hospitality groups, where he participated in the start up of hotels as well as the development and the running of the flagship Nobis Hotel, a 201-room 5-star property in the city centre of Stockholm, as General Manager.
Andreas Scriven comments: “In line with our historical international expansion we continue to build our European office network organically. Sweden was the 5th largest market for hotel transactions in Europe in 2014 and offers significant opportunities on the Advisory side of our business. Marcus has both hotel and entrepreneurial experience and promises to be an excellent addition to the Christie + Co team.
