Bruce Gillingham Pollard promotes Victoria Broadhead to Director

The leading retail and leisure team, Bruce Gillingham Pollard is delighted to announce Victoria Broadhead has been promoted to Director from her Associate role held since she joined the company in 2013.

Victoria is responsible for the regional team working on a variety of retail and restaurant schemes including St Andrew’s Square in Edinburgh for Standard Life, Intu Bromley for Intu and Hammerson’s Victoria Quarter and Victoria Gate in Leeds. In 2015, Victoria has been instrumental in winning new instructions with Southgate Bath for Aviva and British Land and O2 Finchley Road for Land Securities.

Having previously worked for Land Securities within the Portfolio management team, her in depth knowledge of how shopping centres work, combining aspirational retailers and catering is key to her success.
