Rapleys recently acted on behalf of Red Recruitment to acquire c.2,100 sq ft. of retail space on The Oxebode, Gloucester.
The lease was for a ten year term at an initial rent of £17,000 per annum with Red Recruitment benefitting from a rent free period and tenant only breaks. Rapleys also successfully obtained a change of use for the property from A1 to A2.
