Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully sold a warehouse near the Station in Westbury, Wiltshire.

Partners acted on behalf of the owner to complete negotiations for unit 3 on Westbury Industrial Estate in Station Road on a freehold asking price of £87,500.

The new owner-occupier is using the property for storage/warehousing, and will consider letting it on a new lease at £9,750 per annum.
