Twin lettings at Brecon House, Cwmbran

Two more companies have moved into the Brecon House office building on Llantarnam Park in Cwmbran.

Acting on behalf of landlord Lear Investments, property consultants Knight Frank and Jenkins Best secured the letting of Suite 6 in the multi-tenant office complex to OHS Ltd, and Suite 2 to Evolve Aesthetics Ltd.

OHS – one of the UK’s leading Health, Safety and Environmental consultancies – has taken a five year lease on the 1,237 sq ft Suite 6 at a rent of £9.00 per sq ft.

The company has moved to Cwmbran from Newport as part of an expansion programme that will allow it to establish a laboratory and create up to 10 new jobs in the Brecon House offices.

Evolve is leasing the 1,176 sq ft Suite 2 on the ground floor on a five year lease at a rental rising to £10.00 per sq ft.  It is opening the Evolve Clinic, providing aesthetic treatments.
