London Clancy attend PAI event in London

A team of Directors from London Clancy has attended the PAI (Property Agents Independent) annual cocktail party.

The event, held at the prestigious Royal Automobile Club in London on 20th November, was attended by over 250 representatives from member companies and their clients. London Clancy, who represent the Southampton and Hampshire for PAI, say it allows them to network with other independent property firms and gain work outside their usual geographical area.

Chris Ridge commented: ‘We have been the South Coast and Hampshire representatives for PAI for five years now. The 25 strong PAI network of commercial property firms exists to provide the clients of the member firms with in depth advice from a local specialist anywhere in the UK and this often results in work being referred between the respective members. For example, any PAI member who is asked to carry out work in Southampton can refer it to us and vice versa, ensuring that all our respective clients receive the best possible service wherever in the country they might need it.’

PAI is a network of individual commercial surveying practices spread throughout the UK, offering local advice to a broad range of clients. The organisation, which has been in existence for 50 years, supports over 350 Chartered Surveyors with in excess of 5,000 years of experience, including some of the leading experts in property consultancy that the UK has to offer.
