Jones Lang LaSalle have reported continued improvement in the market for freehold industrial units in South Wales with the announcement of a recent sale on the Village Farm Industrial Estate in Pyle north of Bridgend.
Jones Lang LaSalle have arranged the sale of Unit 28 Heol Mostyn to Rope & Sling Specialists Ltd who are existing occupiers on the estate. The acquisition is part of their desire to acquire a property on a freehold basis and forming part of their expansion plans.
Rope & Sling Specialists Ltd were formed in 1983 and are one of the largest independent companies in the field of lifting equipment engineering in Wales and South West England.
Unit 28 Heol Mostyn extends to approximately 17,765 sq ft on a site of 0.75 acres. Rope & Sling Specialists Ltd have acquired the freehold interest at a price of £3000,000 + VAT.
