A Midlands estate agency is homing in on national recognition after progressing to the final stages of a prestigious competition that aims to acknowledge the highest levels of achievement in the property industry.
Shropshire-based Nock Deighton has been named as a finalist in the Estate Agency category at the upcoming UK Property Awards, a long-standing event open to entries from residential and commercial property professionals.
The firm, which has continued to post strong sales figures despite the challenging state of the housing market, is now eagerly anticipating the next stage of the contest, with UK winners set to be announced at a gala ceremony to be held on October 28th at the luxurious Lancaster Hotel in London.
Victors in each of the 21 separate categories will also progress to the International Property Awards, where they will compete against the best regional entrants from the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa, and Arabia in a bid to be crowned the overall champions.
