Property consultancy Knight Frank has sold the 2620 Aztec West office building in North Bristol for more than £21 million.
Acting on behalf of vendor Aviva Investors, it agreed the freehold sale of the 76,258 sq ft office to M7. The purchaser was represented by Kimmre.
2620 Aztec West is fully occupied by EE, and provides a rental income of £1,527,120 per annum.
Steve Oades, head of the Bristol office of Knight Frank, said: “This deal represents a post-Covid transaction and demonstrates investor appetite for high quality assets let to strong covenants. Stock selection is key but property looks excellent value in comparison to other asset classes where returns are at historic lows.
“This is one of a number of investment deals we will complete over the summer.”
