Yorkshire developer Marshall CDP has launched a new speculative industrial scheme close to Robin Hood Doncaster Sheffield Airport.
Kestrel Court is being speculatively built and will see the first phase feature three detached units of 13,500 to 18,000 sq ft available to let and for sale, with planning permission for general industrial and warehouse use.
Marshall CDP is aiming to have the scheme on First Avenue completed by the end of the year and has worked closely with Business Doncaster to bring the development forward. The prime site is being marketed by the Sheffield office of Knight Frank.

The units will feature fitted office accommodation and car parking in a landscaped business park setting.

According to Business Doncaster, the town’s ever growing logistics sector has an economic output of £930 million, employs more than 31,000 people in the Sheffield City Region and is continuing to expand at a fast pace, creating hundreds of additional jobs every year.
Doncaster is already the preferred destination hub for global companies such as Amazon, Ikea, Next, Asda, The Range, B & Q and BMW and for logistics firms like Wincanton, DHL and Armstrong Logistics.
