Kirkby Diamond has clinched another major industry award, reinforcing its position as the leading commercial property consultancy in Bedfordshire.

The company has been crowned as Estates Gazette’s Most Active Agent in Bedfordshire for the eighth consecutive year.

The prestigious accolade comes after Eamon Kennedy claimed the coveted crown of dealmaker of the year for Bedfordshire for completing the most property transactions across the county in 2019. Kirkby Diamond, with offices in Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes, is a regular winner in the Estates Gazette Deals Competition.

Eamon, head of commercial agency (group), said: “It’s another wonderful accolade for the company, particularly the Bedfordshire team. Staying ahead of the competition for eight consecutive years demonstrates that our reputation across the region is second to none.

“Bedfordshire, despite fluctuations in business confidence triggered by national and international factors beyond our control, continues to prove resilient thanks to its proximity to London and growing infrastructure.

“We have seen a buoyant market within Bedfordshire across most sectors and there are many investors seeking opportunities even though we are in a time of crisis.”

He added: “Kirkby Diamond’s success is a team effort. We have a reputation for providing exacting advice and support to clients and, with more businesses moving out of London to the M1 corridor, we can offer unrivalled depth of experience across the commercial property sector, coupled with excellent local knowledge.”

The EG Most Active Agents competition celebrates the industry’s leading dealmakers and is based on the number of completed transactions between 1st January and 31st December 2019.
