As Valuation Surveyor working for a nation firm of surveyors, you will be responnsible for bank panel valuation in the South Wales area.
The role is autonomous and sits within a market leading valuations team. The majority of the valuations will be retail and industrial although if the interested party has a lean towards licensed leisure experience then this will also be very useful.

The successful candidate will be MRICS qualified as they will be managing a portfolio of bank clients of which this is mandatory.
