Valuation Surveyor (In House), Canary Wharf, Up to £45000 pa

An established real estate advisory house is seeking a Valuation Surveyor to provide valuation management advise to a range of clients based out of their Canary Wharf Offices.
The team are responsible for providing property and loan valuation consulting and due diligence services to a range of clients (across private equity, insurance, fund and banking industries).
The Valuation Surveyor will be managing the review process on commercial real estate assets across EU. This will involve reviewing valuations carried out by external parties providing financial analysis (review cash flows and undertaking sensitivity analysis) and providing executive summaries to clients.
In order to be considered you WILL:-
- Be RICS qualified (or due to sit APC)
- Worked in a commercial valuation team
- Be Proficient in Word, Powerpoint & Excel
