Valuation Surveyor

An autonomous role working with a national consultancy, this valuation led commercial surveying role will focus on a geographical patch between Bristol and Truro and based in Taunton.

There is currently a significant workload managed from the Taunton office so business development and fee generation is not necessary as part of the role.

As valuation surveyor within this consultancy you will manage commercial property valuations alongside Probate, Capital Gains and Inheritance valuation. There is also the opportunity to undertake L&T work and property management as part of the role.

You will play a significant part in the workings of the organisation based in Taunton and thus there is opportunity to progress over time and help grow the business locally.
