Surveyor – Valuation – Bristol

Beach Baker are pleased to have been instructed to recruit a Valuer in Bristol, on behalf of a a real estate firm and their Valuation team.

Focusing on the Bristol and South West market, you will be covering the main commercial sectors, providing advice to Public and Private sector clients. Valuation advice will be required for a range of purposes, including; corporate asset, viability and loan security. Assets valued will vary greatly from investment and owner-occupied properties, to residential led mixed use sites.

You’ll be expected to inspect and measure properties appropriately, writing detailed valuation reports liaising with clients directly and identifying opportunities for business growth and fee earning possibilities for the wider business.You’ll also be joining a well respected team, part of a firm who supports and develops its employees, offering in depth appraisals.

It is anticipated the successful candidate will have their MRICS qualification and ideally, be a RICS Registered Valuer. You will have a demonstrable track record in preparing Redbook Valuations for commercial lending purposes, with good market knowledge, (ideally), of Bristol and South West.
