Surveyor – Senior Surveyor (Lease Advisory) – Birmingham

Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to recruit a Lease Advisory Surveyor, on behalf of a firm’s Birmingham office.

Based within a market leading team, the role will involve providing professional/commercial advice to clients such as; Investors, Corporates and Charities, dealing with traditional work; lease re-gears, rent reviews, renewals and section 18 valuations, as well as advising on more complex lease restructuring transactions.

You will also take responsibility for establishing your own client base/identifying cross selling opportunities, contributing to the fee and billing targets, whilst maintaining the client relationships.

It is anticipated the successful candidate will have a rounded experience of rent review and lease renewal process and an understanding of UK Landlord and Tenant law. Ideally you will have your MRICS qualification as well, although candidates undertaking their APC will also be considered.
