Working within a market leading team in the South West at Surveyor level, this role focuses specifically on a certain asset class and will cover both the South West and UK wide.
As Surveyor, you will manage a portfolio of assets under supervision and deal with matters such as lease renewals, rent reviews, wayleave, disposals, upgrades, variations and new agreements. You will liaise directly with your clients and handle all first line queries. You will also carry out site inspections and assist in business development with both new and existing clients.
This is a great role for someone looking to broaden their experience within commercial property, a position that offers the new employee the opportunity to handle their own portfolio and manage the majority of the general practice spectrum.
You will have a property related degree or similar level property experience, you will also have some hands on commercial property experience although this does not have to be vast. You will probably be working towards your MRICS qualification and be currently studying APC.
