Our client is a UK wide property company specialising in multi-let industrial and office investment.
The property manager will be required to prepare and ensure implementation of service charge budgets for the entire portfolio. This is a key part of a team delivering essential services to the tenants within the portfolio. The property manager will also manage a team of regional Facility Managers, and external contractors.
Desirable attributes
- Relevant education to degree level
- RICS qualified
- Experience in service charge & property management
- Experience in cost control / management
- Knowledge of H & S / Fire Risk / Water Hygiene
- Driving licence
