Senior Surveyor – Property Management

Working for one of the UKs leading property consultancies as Senior Surveyor, Property, you will be responsible for 1 very large, household name client.

You will work as part of a medium sized team in property management and report into Director level, which offers real opportunity for progression to Associate Director. The role has real autonomy and you will be expected to liaise directly with your client, this will include solicitors and tenants.

The role will include acquisition/disposal, asset management, service charges, reporting and database management. You have the support of facilities managers, building consultants and helpdesk.

You will be a qualified surveyor (MRICS) with experience in direct client experience and used to dealing with complex property management across diverse portfolios.

This is an urgent need so the client will consider temporary cover or a temp to perm agreement as well as permanent.
